Shipping Policy

We ship only to adult consumers in California.

Delivery — We ship via GLS and our own local drivers: fast delivery across California with reliable tracking on every order.

Processing — Orders are processed Monday through Friday, in the order received. Please allow a few business days during busy periods.

Local pickup & delivery — Free in-store pickup at 3807 Patton Way, Unit 105, Bakersfield (21+ photo ID required). Local delivery available within the Bakersfield area for $24.99.

Adult signature (21+) — Federal law requires an adult signature and photo ID at delivery. For that reason, we can't ship to P.O. boxes.

Delivery issues — Wrong address, failed signature, or a package showing "Delivered" that didn't arrive: contact us within 48 hours and we'll work it out. Refunds for undeliverable packages may be reduced by shipping costs or a restocking fee.
