We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only, under the conditions below.

Defective e-liquid or hardware — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll exchange for the same item, or an item of equal value if stock is limited.

Disposable vapes — all sales final, except devices that arrive dead or defective, reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Wrong, missing, or damaged-in-transit items — contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Opened or used products are otherwise not eligible for exchange. Exchanges require proof of purchase from ejuiceoverstock.com.
